Alicia Keys has reportedly parted ways with her manager, ending a business partnership that started at the beginning of her career more than a decade ago.

Keys and Jeff Robinson announced the news Friday in a joint statement, saying their split was “mutually agreed upon and amicable,” according to Billboard.

The singer, engaged to producer Swizz Beatz and pregnant with their first child, will now oversee her own career through her company AK Worldwide.

Her latest album, “The Element of Freedom,” has sold 1.4 million copies in the United States since last December, less than half the total for her 2007 release “As I Am.”
