A duplex owned by one-time rap mogul Damon Dash has gone into foreclosure, according to Gawker.com.

A few years ago, Dash reportedly stopped paying a $78,504.20-per-month mortgage on a $7.3 million loan for a loft at 72 Laight Street and a 5,200-square-foot duplex in The Atalanta at 25 N. Moore Street, one of the neighborhood’s power buildings.

The foreclosure auction of Dash’s duplex was scheduled for 1 p.m. today, which follows a March court judgment in favor of the bank, according to broker-blogger Manhattan Loft Guy.
